Both tools are hosted in Australia on Google Cloud in Sydney. What you paste into the file
note tool is not retained, and is never used to train third-party models. AdviseWell is

Questions about the free tools
Do I need an account to use the free AdviseWell tools?
Both tools open in the browser. The file note generator states it needs no account. A free AdviseWell account keeps the output and saves a note against a client. Full advice documents (RoA and SoA) are on the paid plans.
Are the AdviseWell free tools really free?
Yes. There is no card and no trial clock. AdviseWell also has a free plan that covers meeting recordings, transcripts and summaries for one adviser, free for life.
Who are the free tools built for?
Australian financial advisers, paraplanners and advice support staff. The file note structure follows Australian advice record-keeping practice, and the modelling uses Australian tax, superannuation and social security rules.
What happens to the data I paste into the free tools?
It is handled in Australia on Google Cloud in Sydney and is never used to train third-party models. The file note tool does not retain what you paste unless you choose to save it to a client with a free account.
